Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. 

Q: Do I need to have an account to make an order?

A: No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order, however  if you create an account you can get sneak peeks of our new collections and be the first to receive news of discounts and special offers. You can also review your past purchases and save your address and payment details so you can buy even faster next time.

To create an account you just have to click on the top right corner at the top of the home page where it says My Account and then click on create an account.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer FREE shipping without any minimum purchase. For more information please visit our Shipping & Delivery section. 

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification, so please take into account 2 to 3 business days after placing your order so we can process the order. After your order is processed, please give a period of 5 to 7 business days for your order to be shipped to your preferred address/location.

A: You can currently find our products in 7 different countries and 8 different locations. For more information on each location please click here.

Q: Where and how are your products made?

A: All of our handbags are made out of oak, carved and hand painted in our workshop in Colombia, then to be woven by skilled artisan women who provide for their family. Each piece is a unique and hand crafted art piece that will live in your closet forever.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the fact that we have an exclusive and curated in-house production, unfortunately we don’t accept any returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or broken then we can process and exchange the item for the same product or model. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
